    Summit Restoration and Construction is a leading, local restoration company in the Valley who specializes in 24/7 emergency services. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Service Technician to join our team. As an Emergency Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to 24/7 emergency property securing calls. When on a call you will assess damage, make the best plan of action, and secure the structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, think on their feet and work well under pressure.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Assess damage caused by disasters that could include fires, storms, vehicle impacts, etc.
    • Board up windows, tarp roofs, and secure properties to prevent further damage.
    • Communicate with customers, educate them on the emergency service process and collect insurance information.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for emergency service including photos, reports, materials used, and invoices.
    • Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure emergency service response vehicles are always fully stocked and ready to go.

    Requirements Include:

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate varies electric and hand tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain calm in chaotic situations, you can work with the team and on your own if needed.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
    • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
