Ensuring the usual Ehrmann quality is partly due to a highly modern IT infrastructure that needs to be maintained and managed. This is where we need IT professionals like you, who have a hands-on mentality. You can expect a variety of tasks, where we can flexibly adapt to your strengths.

These are your tasks:

You will support our team in the group-wide support and further development of our IT infrastructure.
This includes the installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of servers and applications in the Microsoft environment (such as Microsoft Active Directory, storage systems, firewalls, VM Ware, Veeam).
We also trust you to optimize the availability, security, and performance of the systems.
In addition, we appreciate your support in maintaining our hardware, TCP/IP networks, and their components.
Of course, you will handle error reports professionally and take care of their resolution, including prioritization, classification, and escalation of reports.
