Description
This position will assist the V.P. and Regional Managers in overseeing the HOA operations of a stabilized portfolio of fractured condominium communities.

The asset manager will be responsible for the performance of the fractured condominium portfolio with the goal of enhancing value and maximizing returns.

HOA Management experience is required.


Skills:


  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a detailedoriented and creative problem solving approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office software
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with various HOA management companies and onsite HOA managers
  • Serve as a board member on a portion of the boards
  • Review monthly financials for all associations and report variances
  • Analyze budgets and financials across associations to identify potential cost savings
  • Assist with capital needs assessments and implementation of special capital projects
  • Track reserve funding and create baseline expectations for reserve funding goals
  • Recruit cooperative nonPacifica home owners to join the boards
  • Calendar all board meetings and submit summary minutes of all meetings for upper management
  • Attend HOA meetings as a Pacifica representative in a nonboard member capacity for a portion of boards
  • Find and implement training sessions for Pacifica board members
  • Track all Clubhouse Leases and ensure that extensions are exercised and payments are made in a timely manner
  • Track successful association improvements and recommend them to other associations
  • Coordinate requests for insurance proposals to ensure HOAs are receiving multiple bids with optimal coverage

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
