    Job DescriptionJob Summary

    Pai Honolulu is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Our restaurant focuses on an innovative approach to cuisine, combining local ingredients with international cooking techniques to create unique culinary experiences for our guests. We're looking for a professional who is passionate about the culinary arts and has a high attention to detail.


    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare ingredients and cook items according to Pai Honolulu's recipes and standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
    • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Assist with inventory management and proper storage of supplies.
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to execute menu items and special dishes.
    • Manage time effectively to meet service, prep, and cleaning goals.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a line cook in a busy restaurant environment.
    • Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
    • Excellent manual dexterity able to handle knives and other cooking implements.
    • Ability to work under pressure and take direction from senior chefs.
    • A commitment to cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Hours
    • Wednesday - Saturday 1pm - 10/11pm
    • Occasional event on Tuesday
    • Schedule may vary during the Holiday season
