What you will be doing

  • You will support the operator in designing plant safety and evaluate proposed solutions with your expertise.
  • You will work interdisciplinary with our experts from different technical fields (e.g. pipelines, process control technology, pressure equipment, environmental technology and/or fire protection).
  • You will work independently or in a team to examine and evaluate complex issues.
  • You will analyze safety concepts and evaluate functional safety in all life cycles, e.g. based on a functional safety management system, and consider relevant interfaces, e.g. to process engineering, maintenance and operational organization.
  • As the topic of cyber security is becoming increasingly important in all areas of plant safety, we look forward to your support in this area as well.
  • You appreciate the opportunities to further educate yourself and broaden your horizons through exchanges with colleagues from the group or planned events.

What makes you stand out

  • A degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience in testing and evaluating functional safety systems and/or explosion protection
