Responsibilities:
As a Care Team Member, your
responsibilities will include:
- Engage in meaningful communication with residents and colleagues.
- Manage varied tasks including personal care, medication administration, housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging activities.
- Address the comprehensive needs—physical, emotional, spiritual—of residents.
- Uphold a clean, inviting living space.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience. (preferred)
- WI CBRF Certifications (Standard Precautions and Med Passer Required).
- Availability to work PM shifts
- Flexibility and Reliability in covering shifts
- Reliable transportation to Mount Horeb, WI 53572
Job Details:
- Salary: starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Expected Hours: ranging from 1640 per week, depending on availability and flexibility
