Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, and other quality management systems
  • Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to perform precise measurements
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including developing and implementing quality control procedures
  • Perform regular quality audits to assess product quality and identify deviations from specifications

Experience/Certifications:


  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, FDA regulations, QA/QC practices, and quality systems
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools like micrometers and calipers
  • Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Experience conducting internal and external quality audits
