The
District Manager will assist in the monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for training, development, and supervision of Property Managers, and share responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties.

This position also includes assisting with special projects as needed. Travel is required.

Position Type:
Full-Time, Non-exempt


Location:
Corporate Office - Long Beach, CA


Workdays:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On call may be required for any after-hours emergencies.


Hourly rate:
$20 to $22 hourly


Requirements:


Skills required to complete this job include but are not limited to the following:

  • _At least 3 years managing apartments (required)_
- _At least 1 year managing staff (required)_
- _Yardi experience (required)_
- _Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures_
- _Knowledge of property maintenance, property marketing, and insurance._
- _Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing and possess a strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills._
- _Ability to delegate and communicate property management methods along with the ability to problem-solve issues_


Travel Requirements:

Moderate travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation and expectation to work onsite averages about 75
% of the time.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
