Your tasks

  • Support: Processing, solving, and documenting support requests in the area of hardware and software using the helpdesk system
  • Client Management: including administration and installation of clients with the latest operating system (currently Windows 10) via MS System Center
  • Ensuring stable application operation through proactive and reactive measures
  • Depending on your own interests and abilities, you can contribute to the following areas:
  • Mobile Device Management
  • System Security (including virus protection, firewall)
  • Archiving / Backup
