For our plant in Viersen-Dülken, we are looking for a
temporary maternity leave replacement until September 30, 2024 for our human resources department.

Job Description

  • Point of contact for our employees for all personnelrelated questions
  • Preparation of payroll and assumption of all related tasks (e.g. certificates, social security and tax declarations, wage garnishments, etc.)
  • Support of our employees throughout the employee life cycle from entry to exit (applicant management, hiring, contract management, master data maintenance, certificate creation, etc.)
  • Maintenance and management of sick leave certificates in the time tracking system ATOSS
  • Communication with external parties and business partners (employment agency, social security agencies, authorities, etc.)
Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, further qualification as a personnel clerk is desirable
