Be the mentor who helps students strive for vocational excellence by empowering them to do their best work, overcome challenges, and work to develop the skills to become lifelong learners.

You will work with each student throughout their learning experience to challenge, motivate, support and encourage them to do more than they may have thought possible.

Provides students with industryrecognized instruction and training in the Security and Protective Services field.
Develops and prepares lessons; recommends curricula changes and supplemental materials.
Administers and corrects tests; logs and maintains progress and attendance.
Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
Manages the classroom by moving about the room to tutor, coach, evaluate, and assist each student as the need arises.
Motivates and counsels students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems or study habits.
Evaluates and supervise students in an onthejob training experience.
Participates in providing handson activities for students in the career preparation program.
