***We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Network Operations Center Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the creation, oversight, and coordination of projects crucial to our operational efficiency. This position entails providing comprehensive support to national account project managers, operations, and sales teams, ensuring seamless project execution and documentation maintenance. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, orchestrating logistics, monitoring project milestones, and facilitating effective communication channels among cross-functional team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with national account project managers, operations, and sales teams to develop, implement, and monitor projects vital to Network Operations Center initiatives.
- Responsible for initiating, creating, data entry, and diligently tracking project progress through to successful completion.
- Efficiently schedule and organize meetings and coordinate resources to optimize project workflow and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, progress reports, and associated materials.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively implement solutions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Foster open communication channels among team members, facilitating effective information exchange and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to receive and or schedule equipment deliveries and installations.
EDUCATION
- Degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role, preferably within a technologydriven environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Proficient or familiar with project management tools and software, with the aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Team player mentality with a collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues across departments.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service and exceeding expectations.
