Responsibilities:

  • As a working student, you will gain comprehensive insights into the recruitment of top executives in the banking, insurance, and real estate sectors, particularly through direct approach (Executive Search)
  • You will have the opportunity to learn all steps of the value chain within personnel consulting and acquire fundamental knowledge of human resources
  • You will support complex market, competition, and company research and independently identify potential candidates for our projects
  • You will assist with administrative processes in the context of projects and support database maintenance
  • You will support selection procedures and interviews with potential candidates
