Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM/ MEP Modeler to join our team in Rockville, Maryland. The perfect fit will be in charge of crafting detailed 3D models and drawings using various software tools to back up architectural and engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to create precise models.
Generate and manage project documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews to guarantee design integrity.
Aid in crafting construction documents rooted in BIM models.
Engage in stakeholder coordination, MEP coordination & site visits.

A willingness to embrace further learning like laser scanning & facilities management is a definite advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and other BIM software.
Practical experience in generating clash reports & coordination with other trades.
Familiarity with Civil 3D AND / OR Infraworks is valuable.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
