Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement effective construction strategies
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
• Indepth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Solid understanding of contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and schematics
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles for construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Knowledge of Pump & Tank installation preferred, but not required
