Apprentices (m/f/d) for the position of office management clerk

Your main tasks include:
Office management clerks work in almost all business enterprises in the industrial and commercial sectors, in the public sector and partly also in the crafts sector. Their tasks are diverse: In addition to office communication and organizational tasks, they also include accounting, bookkeeping, personnel management and customer service.
The apprenticeship
The office management clerk learns comprehensive qualifications for processing complex office and business processes during their apprenticeship. They organize, coordinate and carry out office-related processes. They also handle commercial transactions such as invoicing and payment monitoring. They learn how to use modern communication and booking systems, process procurement transactions, prepare key figures and present them. Another important area is communication and cooperation with external and internal partners in German and at least one foreign language. Office management clerks can also work in human resources or marketing.
