Description
Nation's Home Medical Equipment is seeking a full-time Enteral CSR.

This role is responsible for the intake and ordering for Enteral patients and caregivers as well as the associated documentation and compliance.


This role is on-site at our Owings Mills office and the schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5 PM.


Duties include:

  • Plan daily report form generated by our billing software and enters all order and refills for patients/caregivers.
  • Alert clinical staff of any potential problems and/or unsafe environments encountered.
  • Complete relevant paperwork for patient admission/returned goods in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Obtain and submit patient signatures on Delivery Tickets and other forms per company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Make and receive phone calls with patients, caregivers, and staff

Requirements include:

  • High School or equivalent graduate
  • Able to pass a preemployment background check, TB test, and drug test
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to use computer systems (Office 365, company EMR, etc.) for most job duties
  • Excellent customer service skills, especially over the phone

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a medical setting
  • DME experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical supplies, equipment, and home care
  • Knowledge or familiarity with medical billing/coding terminology

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
