Facility Manager for School-Based Youth Social Work and After-School Care


At our facility, we support and accompany children and adolescents at Integrated Secondary Schools, Primary Schools, High Schools, and Vocational and Upper Secondary Centers.

Our main target group includes socially disadvantaged and/or individually impaired students, students in conflict situations, and school-distanced children and adolescents at over 55 locations throughout Berlin.

Your tasks | You can...

  • Manage, develop, and plan the facility area
  • Coordinate and monitor service offerings
  • Be responsible for the budget
  • Develop and lead the team
  • Maintain and improve quality standards
  • Develop concepts and expand service offerings
  • Process funding applications
  • Plan for the year and develop strategies
  • Reporting
  • Acquire thirdparty funding
