    We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Attendant for our Luxury High-Rise Condominium in Naples, Florida located on Gulf Shore Blvd. N. Simply put, this shift position includes interacting with residents, guests and preferred vendors to answer inquires and act as a liaison. We are happy to train individuals looking for a career change. Our building consists of welcoming and warm residents and co-workers who enjoy their job.

    Schedule:

    Monday & Sundays 3pm - 11pm

    16+ hours per week (Extra hours to cover co-workers vacation days)

    Responsibilities:

    · Provide a warm and sincere greeting to all residents, prospective residents and guests with a friendly "hello" and "see you later" when they enter and exit the building.

    · Individual shall be customer service oriented, impeccably mannered and discreet. This individual will often be the first point of contact for owners, guests, and vendors. This service role will act in accordance of managements direction to provide best in class service including maximization of resident satisfaction.

    · Handles all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner using standard phraseology.

    · Monitor lobby and building traffic, and alerting residents of deliveries, logging arrival and departure of residents, guests and contractors.

    · Utilize computer software program in order to coordinate and communicate with other departments and share pertinent information with co-workers.

    · Receive, store and distribute residents' packages.

    · Maintain record/logs of delivered packages and newspapers to the appropriate residence.

    · Proficient and computer savvy is a requirement.

    · Notify membership of mail delivery by means of email.

    · Booking the board room, social room, massage room and tennis court for residents.

    · Assist coordination of parking for guests, preferred vendors and the delivery of large items.

    · Grant property and building access for residents, guests and preferred vendors.

    · Help residents with immediate needs (i.e. resident lockouts)

    · Handle and assist resident's maintenance request.

    · Security standpoint(s); conduct interior and exterior patrols, checking all key doors, windows, and amenities daily. Monitor the surveillance system.

    · Ensure that the common areas are free of safety hazards or liability concern.

    · Check in and out of guests staying in the guest suites and apartment.

    · Organization is a must for this position.

    · Being able to get things done in a short time is essential for success in this position.

    · Having the ability to handle multiple requests and different needs. Multi-tasking skills are essential.

    · Monitor alarms and take appropriate action.

    · Be knowledgeable of how to handle all types of emergency situations and the procedures, fire, false fire alarm, ambulance call, elevator malfunction, and so forth

    · Front desk attendants face all kinds of problems and issues and must readily solve these to the satisfaction of the residents and guests.

    · Essential functions of this job are described herein. The job requirements and features are subject to change from time to time due to the then-current needs and requirements of the association.
