Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Submit a minimum of 3 leads per work week (Monday-Sunday) to contribute to our sales pipeline (weekends are a must).
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 sales per month by effectively pitching roofing solutions and closing deals with prospective clients.

Customer Outreach:

  • Speak to a minimum of 300 houses per work week (Monday-Sunday) to generate leads and promote our roofing services.
  • Engage with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and educate them on the benefits of our products and services.

Lead Follow-Up:

  • Responsively follow up on leads provided by management from the Canvasser and Lead Generation team.
  • Conduct thorough followup calls and meetings to nurture leads and move them through the sales process.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering longterm relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evenings as needed
  • Evening shift
  • Every weekend

  • Up to 100% travel

  • Missouri City, TX: Relocate before starting work (required)
