Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
- Submit a minimum of 3 leads per work week (Monday-Sunday) to contribute to our sales pipeline (weekends are a must).
- Achieve a minimum of 3 sales per month by effectively pitching roofing solutions and closing deals with prospective clients.
Customer Outreach:
- Speak to a minimum of 300 houses per work week (Monday-Sunday) to generate leads and promote our roofing services.
- Engage with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and educate them on the benefits of our products and services.
Lead Follow-Up:
- Responsively follow up on leads provided by management from the Canvasser and Lead Generation team.
- Conduct thorough followup calls and meetings to nurture leads and move them through the sales process.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering longterm relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
