People Operations LeadKey Role:
Designs, implements, and maintains organizational programs in support of people strategy and operations. Provide support to GDS leadership in the areas relating to Recruiting, Retention and People programs.
Serve as the GDS People Operations Lead, working across the Sector and Global Defense People Services to drive the integration and execution of the People strategy.
Support the Sector in planning and executing a wide range of business initiatives in support of the People programs. Manage and execute the Sector bench management activities, participate in leadership bench review meetings.Work with Global Defense People Services to drive recruiting and contract transition activities, new hire orientation and TechX hiring and management activities.
Provide monthly and ad-hoc progress reports for all activities. Provide data and analysis to support key strategic decisions. Manage and provide direction to supporting team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:
