Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette to ensure a great customer interaction
  • Analyze customer needs and suggest the most suitable products or services for them
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet customer requirements
  • Occasional travel to conferences and industry events

Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and precise in handling customer requests and orders
  • Organized with strong prioritization abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and within a team setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software
