Summary


Responsible for developing a brand education strategy that amplifies skin
better's unique value proposition, driven by our innovative product offering AND one-of-a-kind business model for internal employees, Authorized Physician Partners (APP) and prospects.

This role requires a pulse on the industry and needs of the different stakeholders, strong digital experience, and ability to manage and bring to market complex, cross-functional projects that touch IT, Operations, Sales, Medical Relations, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.

Expected to be highly innovative and collaborative, this role will require strong leadership in change management, product knowledge, curriculum development, omni-channel marketing, and strategic communications.

The Vice President of Brand Education will accomplish these goals and objectives through continuous innovation and execution of a specialized development plan.


Key Responsibilities

  • This role will be fieldbased and will require flexibility to travel to key brand moments and to markets with direct reports.
  • Lead team of fieldbased Educators that support the key objectives of the brand across three key pillars: Regional Product Education, Corporate/Field Education and Development, and Better Connect Education and Development
  • Work with Head of Corporate /Field Education and Development to develop strategy and roadmap to develop a bestinclass education curriculum for the skin
    better sales team and internal employees, including ownership of National Sales Meeting planning and execution.
  • Work with Manager of Field Education to develop bestinclass strategy and plan to activate and optimize performance of the Regional Product Education Team.
  • Develop a vision and strategy to stand up a team of Better Connect Education Team of fieldbased digital experts deployed to provide support and education about the Better Connect program.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to deliver omnichannel educational experiences in alignment with customer needs and brand objectives related to the product portfolio and Better Connect.
  • The role will collaborate closely with peers and stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance and HR.
  • Works closely and collaborates with Education Team stakeholders to ensure executional excellence from concept to completion.
  • Create standards for ongoing development and competency requirements for Education Managers that are relevant to current industry trends and as needed by the Sales Team and Customers.
  • Participate in gotomarket strategies and programs, including new product launches and major product and/or digital campaigns to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and manage departmental contributions and expenses to align with brand P&L targets.
  • Key participant in corporate calendar shows/activities and member of the skin
    better Leadership Team.


Travel is significant at certain times during the year and could be 30-40% of the time for the US business.


Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Education leadership and/or Marketing.
  • Experience in people management and managing through change.
  • Demonstrated ownership of digital and omnichannel platforms and tools.
  • Competent in product knowledge as well as competitive product knowledge.
  • A thorough understanding of professional skincare expectations.
  • Superior presentation and facilitation skills to produce and model effective
