Good afternoon, my name is Alvaro and like almost 90% of the population, I do not have the necessary knowledge to correct some behaviors of my dog (actually my partner's dog).

The dog's name is Rom and he is 8 years old. He is not a bad dog, he is obedient and does not make a sound (so to speak), but my partner has spoiled him a lot since he was little, which makes him behave like a dog, in my opinion, too spoiled. His main problem is that when you scold him, he shows his teeth and tries to bite you. He does not adopt a submissive posture, far from it. He has tried to bite us on several occasions when we have tried to correct him for something (someone knocks on the door, or he simply does something he shouldn't).

I am aware that I have not done the right thing, but on one occasion I had to hit him with a shoe to prevent him from biting me.
