We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our facility's operations, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service.


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:


  • Manage and supervise all aspects of floor operations to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Employee Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming team of employees.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Sales Management:


  • Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Close sales deals and negotiate contracts with key customers.

Customer Service:


  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.

Compliance and Safety:


  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the tobacco distribution sector.

Budget and Financial Management:


  • Develop and manage the operational budget to ensure costeffective practices.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tobacco industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of tobacco industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.

Pay:
$50, $75,000.00 per year
