    We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to serve as a primary point of contact and coordination between wholesale lending originations, operations, and technology teams for our Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) transformation.

    This position will be responsible for analysing and understanding the current landscape of risk systems and product processors globally across wholesale lending and how they fit in to the enhanced WCR strategy.

    They must drive the strategy with the operational, regulatory, and jurisdictional requirements of the organization in mind.

    They will oversee the work slate of existing product processors and measure their enhancements against the goals and timelines of the larger migration.

    They will work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and clear obstacles to development, while maintaining clear lines of communication with the businesses and operations management.

    This specific role will be dedicated to ICM Product Credit Utilization workstream.

    This role will work closely with team lead that covers Services (TTS) Trade with ability to grow into a role within additional business lines.


    Responsibilities:
    The Product Developer is responsible for activities related to the development of new products and/or features and functionality of products including developing business cases, requirements definition (BRDs), product enhancements innovation, feature and functionality definition based on market and industry research and trends and client needsThis role supports the end-to-end product development lifecycle and internal applications and will also scope product releases, agreeing to and tracking business priorities, incorporating regulatory and compliance requirements and investment trackingSupport the creation of a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding road-map to deliveryFollows market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi's products and solutions platformsDevelops plans, prioritizes, coordinates design and delivery of products or features to product release, and serves as product champion within user communityWorks in close co-ordination with Product Origination/Sales, Technology, Business Managers and senior stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectivesManage and implement a wide variety of products and solutionsIdentifies solutions ranging across data analytics, reporting, CRM, Trade Workflows and processingHas responsibility to deliver direct business results and advice regarding product development that necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategyPartners with senior team members and leaders and a widely distributed global user community to define and implement solutionsCreates clear and specific project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product executionHave direct interaction with business managers, technology, and originations teams / sales to understand their long-term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategyFocuses on controls and governance, including performing Need-to-Know based security and access reviews, Access Approvals, controls testing and documentationAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

    Qualifications:


    3+ years of experienceExperience with Credit requirements or the Credit Management Lifecycle for multiple products and related polices/risk management principlesExperience or strong knowledge of bookings and structures within credit related products, pre-closing, implementation, approvals, servicing and moreAbility to build networks and relationships internally and externallyFamiliarity with Agile product development methodologiesComfortable with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy with tight timescalesAbility to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasetsAbility to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to resultsProcess Management knowledge with a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of contentAbility to collaborate and clearly communicate with team members of an organizationProject Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiativesGeneration of reports and presentations for managementEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.

    Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
    $96, $144,600.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
