Your tasks will include Being the contact person (m/f/d) for school management, teaching staff, and students (m/f/d) regarding school building operations Opening, closing, and winter service as well as yard/street cleaning Monitoring of technical systems Carrying out minor repairs on your own responsibility Rearranging furniture and accepting deliveries Other caretaker tasks for the represented school building according to relevant regulations, such as accident prevention regulations, cleaning regulations, and street cleaning regulations Your profile For this position, you will need A successfully completed relevant vocational training Full physical fitness for the job A class B driver's license with a willingness to use your own vehicle In addition, you have knowledge in the MS Office area, especially Word, Excel, Outlook Professional experience in building maintenance/repair would be desirable Reliability, assertiveness, initiative, and a sense of responsibility Team
