Job summary
The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards is responsible for building and automating the people infrastructure that allows our organization to grow and perform at its best. This role strengthens core HR operations, oversees compensation and benefits, and ensures our systems, policies, and practices are effective, compliant, and mission-aligned.
This position is full-time exempt.

- Lead and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, leave,
and accommodation programs that are equitable,
