Management of Administrative, Fiscal and/or Facilities Functions:******:

Install and upgrade computers, mobile devices, and peripherals throughout the district*:
Relocate computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and equipment as needed*:
Install and configure software as needed*:
Diagnose and repair equipment, including printers, mobile devices, and personal computers*:
Uses established tracking system to log requests; Monitor progress, track problem resolution, identify patterns of failure, research bug fixes and implement solutions; Communicate with IT Operations Manager regarding unresolved problems*:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:******:
- **Knowledge of computer workstation setup (various systems i.e. PC, Apple, Linux, etc.)

- **Knowledge of computer mobile devices (various systems i.e. Apple, Android, Windows, etc.)

- **Ability to install, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and presentation devices

- **Ability to install and maintain network cables and hardware

Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role; MTA, MCA, A+, network+, or equivalent certification in relevant programs preferred*****
