- Support the Brand & Content team through various initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Assist in the employee headshot process by scheduling sessions, managing, and organizing headshot libraries, and scouting new local photographers.
- Aid the social media coordinator in tasks such as analyzing performance metrics, scheduling posts, crafting employee resource guides, researching industry best practices, and more.
- Contribute to the Northmarq Neighbors community service program by providing assistance and support.
- Gain hands-on experience across different areas of the marketing department, including digital marketing, communications, public relations, research, graphic design, and other related functions.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field, preferred, with expected graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025.
- Experience with MS Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in social media, email marketing tools, and project management tools is a plus.
- Must be "self-directed" and willing to take initiative and direction.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong time management, priority management skills, and execution
