Job Summary:
Duties:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Investigate alarms or disturbances and act accordingly
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call emergency services in case of emergency
- Provide assistance to people in need
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Techsavvy with experience in surveillance systems
- Trained in First Aid, CPR, and conflict management
- Certificate in law enforcement, loss prevention, or militarise is a plus
