Sales Assistant:


Responsibilities:


  • Foster positive customer relationships across all accounts.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand, propose, and finalize product solutions.
  • Provide technical support as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors to nurture relationships and bolster sales efforts.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet objectives.
  • Utilize companyprovided pricing tools to maintain appropriate profit margins on quotes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Discuss all product offerings with customers as relevant.
  • Manage existing accounts and cultivate successful customer relationships.
  • Drive sales of industrial solutions to both new and established clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offer strategic recommendations.

SKILLS:


  • Proficient in QuickBooks is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation, adept at addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Skilled in professional phone etiquette and adept at handling incoming/outgoing calls

Schedule:
**Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH
