What can you expect?

You handle alarms, disturbances, and emergency calls and monitor cameras
You document incidents and create and manage action plans
You are the first point of contact for security employees during night shifts/weekends and forward alarms and disturbances to patrol drivers
You give instructions to security employees
You maintain data (new entries, changes, etc.)
