We look forward to your support as an Assistant for Family Benefits at the Federal Employment Agency.

  • Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Recording of change notifications and issuance of documents (applications for child benefit and child allowance)
  • Clarification of general inquiries with medium difficulty in the area of child benefit and child allowance
  • Qualified acceptance of child benefit and child allowance applications
  • Support of customers in selfentry of data and selfservices (onsite support)
  • First point of contact for advice seekers regarding general questions about family benefits and other family policy benefits
  • Taskspecific management of customers
As a prerequisite, you bring

  • Completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector or in the fields of administration, social security or law)
  • Alternatively, a middle school diploma and at least two years of professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the advertised position
  • Basic knowledge of the organizational structure in customer service at the family office
  • Basic knowledge of the types of benefits and procedures in the field of child benefit and child
