This assignment is expected to start in mid May and end in August 30, 2024.


Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 35 hours. This position is expected to be working in-person, at the office of Children's Aid Headquarters.

Salary Range:

$20 - $22


Essential Duties:


  • Assist with the preparation of ACS and DOE claiming for reimbursements.
  • Provide assistance to the unit where needed to complete fiscal yearend activities
  • Assist with backup paperwork which needs to be sorted, filed, and organized in file cabinets
  • Create and maintain fiscal spreadsheets for specific tasks
  • Label and Lift 16.2 x 12.5 x 10.5 storage boxes (approximately up to 20 pounds)

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum High School Diploma

Key Competencies:


  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Efficient in data entry
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Able to lift or carry storage boxes of approximately up to 20 lbs.
