General Description:


As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the General Operations Manager in all aspects of daily customer service, sales, and personnel development while upholding the mission, vision, and values of LIDS.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Generating Revenue

  • Achieve sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
  • Learn to consistently and document employee sales performance. Provide support by giving feedback on areas of strengths and opportunities while also meeting company goals.
  • Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with the dress code.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Controlling Expenses

  • Protect company assets in accordance with LIDS retail policies.
  • Assist in creating store schedules that ensure adequate store coverage and comply with company policies for labor control.
  • Follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, conducting price changes, and conducting product counts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping in accordance with LIDS retail policies and state and federal laws.
  • Open and close the store as needed according to procedures outlined in the Operations P&P Manual.
  • Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Knowledge and Skills:


  • Participate in LIDS training programs, meet set goals (for sales and tasks), and conduct regular followups.
