The KIEFER & ZEHNER Group is a housing company founded in 1977, whose corporate network consists of several legally independent companies.

Our main focus is on managing and expanding our own real estate portfolio. We invest nationwide in residential properties and at the same time expand our commercial portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia. To achieve our growth goals, we are currently looking for a real estate agent in Pleasant Hill, OH.


Responsibilities:

  • Rental management (creating advertisements, planning and conducting viewings, lease agreements, as well as handovers/acceptances of properties)
  • Building management (correspondence with tenants, authorities, and sellers, billing of operating costs, as well as handling insurance claims, etc.)
  • Technical building management in cooperation with architects, technical staff, and caretakers (planning and carrying out apartment renovations and ongoing maintenance)
  • Debt management (collection process from outofcourt to judicial proceedings in cooperation with the legal department)

Qualifications:

  • You have completed training as a real estate agent or a comparable qualification
  • You have basic knowledge of building technology
  • MS Office is not a foreign concept to you
  • Your strengths include communication skills, organizational skills, and reliability
  • A confident and friendly demeanor, openness, as well as convincing charisma and initiative round off your profile
