In the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Department of Medical Bioinformatics with a focus on patient data collection at the Cottbus Sachsendorf campus is looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:
Assistant (m/f/d)

Our newly established research group collaborates nationally and internationally on methods of artificial intelligence for the analysis of biomedical data.

The focus is on identifying molecular causes of diseases, designing medications, and developing sensors for patient data collection.


Your tasks will include:

  • Specific assistance and secretarial tasks
  • Management of assigned budget and thirdparty funds
  • Procurement and management of office supplies and equipment for the department
  • Personnel administration for the department

Your profile:


You have completed training as an office management clerk or a comparable vocational training, or have equivalent experience and knowledge.

You also have proficient skills in all office organization and technology, as well as modern information and communication systems and specific application programs.

Additionally, you have knowledge of procurement, accounting, and personnel management in the relevant field. Good English skills in both written and
