Description
We are currently seeking a qualified personnel manager to join our well-established team and assist with administrative, leadership, and management tasks in the field of temporary staffing.
The ideal candidate will ensure continuity and strong relationships between our clients, temporary employees, and internal structures.This is a full-time position with a weekly workload of 39 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Managing and terminating external employment relationships
- Scheduling and placing employees in various assignments
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
- Creating contracts and clarifying personnel details
- Providing support and assistance to employees in all matters
- Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones through phone and inperson communication
- Negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
