We are a vibrant and bustling private club committed to providing our members and their guests with unforgettable dining experiences.

With a focus on quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere, we take pride in every dish we serve.

Our club has recently undergone an extensive remodel/renovation and we anticipate being very busy.


Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards
• Provide professional, responsive and friendly beverage & food service to members / guests
• Assist in POS daily operations
• Use good judgment and discretion when serving alcohol
• Stock bar with adequate wines, liquor, beer, pop, juices, fruit, glassware, sticks, napkins, straws etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant/club or hospitality leadership role preferred
• Full knowledge of mixed drinks, wines, liqueurs and beer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess
  Delaware's Responsible Server Training:
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass a background check
