- Input invoices into system
- File Accounts Payable vouchers in the Accounts Payable department
- Process payroll for hourly & salaried employees
- Payroll Specialist must verify all payroll entries including deductions, earnings and changes, review and reconcile payroll data and resolving any discrepancies as necessary
- Respond to high volume emails, phone calls and faxes from vendors
- Ability to maneuver between several accounting websites to obtain answers and solutions
- Create and provide feedback, ideas, solutions and strategies that will bring value to the
- Department
- Perform other duties as required
