About the Role

The Foreman leads, directs, and works alongside the project labor crew and coordinates the execution and completion of construction labor tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and develop the project labor team through training, coaching, and mentoring and ensure regular feedback is shared with team
Coordinate task schedule and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain a clean and organized working environment
Adherence to the work site safety program; identify and report any unsafe behavior on the site or hazardous conditions
Support and drive utilization of various Palmisano initiatives and technologies

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D; Carpentry Trade School Certificate.
5 + years of civil construction experience.
Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite.
Experience in the installation of utility work, including but not limited to storm drainage, sewer, and water mains.
Experience in earth-moving activities. including but not limited to sub-base installation, class II base course, large scale embankment, and excavation.
