Our primary product lines include Light-Weight Triplex Mud Pump, Handling Tools, Mud Pump Direct-Drive Permanent Magnet AC Motor, Drilling Equipment, Well Control Equipment, Wellhead and API 6A & 6D Valve;


Position:
Operation and Sales Support

Looking to hire a highly-motivated individual to fill an immediate opening as Operation and Sales Support.
This is a full-time position, for who is seeking Long-term and stable job with good life and work balance;


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, word and PDF editing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize, and prioritize with excellent attention to detail
  • Prefer someone with previous logistics, order process and office admin. experience
  • Ensuring the integrity of import/export documentation such as Bills of Lading and support documents
  • Preparing and maintaining a shipment schedule and communicating to all relevant departments/ vendors
  • Maintenance of records, organizing commercial invoices, packing lists, and all other required documents.
  • Good Common sense

  • Possess orientation in details and wellorganization

  • Possess experience in order process, logistics and bookkeeping.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Detailsoriented and wellorganization oriented
  • Office working experience in logistics, paperwork.
  • Good Business Common sense
*Bilingual in Chinese preferred

*Must be able to pass a background check


This is a full-time position, for who is seeking Long-term and stable job, with excellent life and work balance;

Office location: 10700 Richmond Ave, Houston 77042

Working Hour: 8:30am-5:30 pm

Working location:

Most in office, but can be 4 days in office, 1 days work from home after demonstration of excellent work capability.



Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
