We are looking for an experienced recruiter.

This is a full-time position in our Sugarland, TX office. We are an employment firm and staff jobs throughout the State of Texas.

You will be a vital employee at our firm to aid in the smooth operation of matching quality talent with top-tier clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Consulting employers about hiring needs
  • Placing and maintaining job postings as needs arise
  • Interviewing applicants and vetting them for the position
  • Doing background checks and calling references, along with drug screens, setting up other screening appointments
  • Explaining the company policies and parameters of the job to applicants
  • Hiring the most qualified applicant
  • Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
  • Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
  • Attending hiring events
  • Other tasks as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields
  • Experience with Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Spanish language a plus
