- Daily review of production metrics and KPI's (Labor expense, Forklift/Machine Repairs, Cost/Sort, Sorts/Hour).
- Provide leadership to employees by demonstrating ORBIS standards and expectations on an everyday basis.
- Direct continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste throughout facility.
- Establish and maintain professional relationship with local customer.
- Achieve budgeted financial goals for service center.
- Accurate inventory management.
- Resolve any quality problems/complaints
- Perform self-inspection on service centers relative to production and safety.
- Procure and maintain all needed operation and facility supplies (Forklifts, Washing Machines, etc). 11. Interview and hire all service center employees.
- Ensure all employees are meeting job level expectations and requirements.
- Motivate and train employees to maintain succession plan for future growth/opportunities.
- Consistently enforce ORBIS polices through discipline action process.
- Facilitate payment of site invoices with Finance, including inputs, approvals, new vendor information.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in data entry using a Warehouse Management System
- Experience in training and employee development
- Strong supervision of a production process, budget, and business operations
- Strong skills in multi-tasking and proactive thinking
