- Schedule: 34 days per week through June, 5 days per week starting July, 7 days per week during the tournament (Aug-Sept)_
The Role
- Create various signs for NTC Events, including the US Open (i.e. hospitality signs, wayfinding signs, credential badge boards, logos for onsite use, fire safety signs, and sponsor signs)
- Adhere to style guides for USTA/NTC/US Open branding
- Order and inventory all graphics supplies (ink, vinyl, tape, misc. tools)
- Assist Parking and Event Operations Teams with wayfinding sign deployment and retrieval for all events
- Keep a daily log of all signs created (i.e. quantity, size, and department)
- Maintain a clean and organized Graphics Workshop
- Update US Open Draw boards daily throughout the tournament in an efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Must be proficient to advanced in use of Adobe Illustrator
- Previous experience operating/maintaining large format printer/plotter
- Ability to learn wide format printing software (Roland VersaWorks)
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, wellmaintained uniform
- Must have a hands on, proactive approach in order to complete tasks
- Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Selfmotivated, positive individual who can work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends and extended hours; Assignment runs from April 15October
- This position is non exempt
