HR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
***Proficiently manages human resources functions, demonstrating expertise across diverse areas such as employee relations, training, recruitment, labor relations, affirmative action, legal compliance, and compensation and benefits. Executes the administration of multiple human resources programs and protocols for the entire company workforce. Collaborates on the formulation and execution of personnel policies and procedures.

It supervises the architectural, engineering, bidding, contracting, building, and inspection from the beginning to the end of the project and specializes in concrete self-preform on a large commercial scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the recruitment process to onboard new craft and professional team members.
  • Assist new team members in completing necessary new hire paperwork.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
  • Manage requests and dispatching of temporary craft workers to projects.
  • Manage and process approved leave requests, including medical and other leave policies.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Okland's benefits policy to address any related inquiries.
  • Oversee benefit enrollments and manage life events using our administration platform.
  • Provide assistance to team members regarding benefit access and claims inquiries.
  • Administer Okland's drug and alcohol policy and manage the testing program.
  • Consistent, punctual attendance is essential for this role.
  • Engage in additional HRrelated duties as required and directed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum one year of HR experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with UKG is preferred.
  • This position is based in Tempe, Arizona office and not remote.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is desirable.
