What to expect

As an Associate, you can expect diverse, interdisciplinary projects in the fields of restructuring and turnaround in national and international environments.

In addition to conducting extensive analyses to determine the current state of the company, strategic positioning, historical business development, crisis causes, and liquidity situation, your tasks will also include the development and implementation of operational restructuring concepts and business plans, as well as insolvency-related consulting.

You will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitive studies, as well as supporting the creation of integrated financial and liquidity plans (financial modeling) including the creation or evaluation of going concern forecasts.

As a member of the project team, you will be in close contact with clients and accompany the entire project from the beginning.

What you bring
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on economics, mathematics, natural sciences, technology, or information technology
Ideally, you have first-hand knowledge in the areas of accounting, financial analysis, controlling/business planning, as well as basic knowledge of insolvency, commercial, and corporate law through internships or working student activities
Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly process complex issues, high commitment, solution orientation, and reliability
Very good German and English skills, as well as a confident handling of MS Office
