It offers vocational rehabilitation to people with mental illnesses and other disabilities who are currently unable to work in the general job market, at 13 workshop locations in various crafts and service sectors.

Job Description:

The
FSD Lwerk Berlin Brandenburg non-profit GmbH is looking for a
BFB Supervisor (m/f/d) for the employment and support area at the
Wilhelmsaue and
Storkwinkel locations, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities include:

Planning, preparing, and supervising work, education, or employment opportunities
Accompanying, supporting, and supervising daily routines, including nursing tasks
Independently preparing and implementing crossgroup activities
Promoting communication
Individual and needsbased planning and implementation of development goals in an interdisciplinary team

You bring with you:

Professional qualification as a special needs educator, occupational therapist, geriatric nurse, or similar training such as social assistant, nursing assistant, or skilled worker with pedagogical training and work experience
Experience in creative and/or manual work
Positive attitude towards people with disabilities
Engaging personality with strong communication skills at all levels
