    We are a small Caribbean Restaurant located in Snellville, GA. We are seeking a server to join our team. The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, friendly, reliable, and motivated. They must be able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Serving experience is preferred, but not required. Hiring Immediately

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and responds to customer needs in a professional and polite manner.
    • Serves food and verifies order accuracy.
    • Take orders accurately while operating POS systems efficiently.
    • Process credit card, debit card, and cash payment transactions accurately.
    • Answer phone and take orders accordingly.
    • Able to discuss menu items with customers.
    • Maintains the food trays in the serving area.
    • Remove food from serving area after closing.
    • Maintains overall sanitation and safety standards for food preparation area, counters, utensils.
    • Maintains a clean environment including food area and surrounding dining room.
    • Stocks inventory items as needed in work area.
    • Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to be a team player; work with others to achieve team goals.
    • Able to perform other related duties as assigned.
    • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to handle cash and operate a POS System.
    • Basic math skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently and maintain personal cleanliness.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and perform under pressure.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Must be organized with ability to take food and beverage orders accurately.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be available evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
    • Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
    • Able to endure long periods of standing.

    Work Days:

    • Tuesday - Saturday (Off Sunday & Monday)
    • 11am - 9:00pm (Flexible)

    Job Type: Full-time (Flexible)

    Salary: $ $12.00 per hour
